Our Montreal Smoked Meat
Viande Fumee is French for Smoked Meat, a beef brisket prepared by method of pastrami. Our beef briskets are salt cured, spiced, smoked and roasted in house. We carve our brisket by hand and pile it high on rye, served with your choice of mustard.
The Reuben
Our Viande Fumee topped with swiss cheese, sauerkraut and homemade thousand island dressing. Grilled up on rye bread. Treat your taste-buds today!
The Cuban
Roasted pork, ham, white onions, sweet pickles and swiss cheese grilled on a baguette. Served with dijon mustard and mayo.
The Porchetta
Roasted pork au jus, grilled onions, homemade giardiniera (pickled vegetable relish) and aioli on an olive oil brushed and grilled baguette.
The Ribeye
Grilled ribeye steak with housemade aioli on garlic bread. Order it "dressed" with grilled onion and provolone for a dollar extra!
